Can you accept positive comments from others? If not, it may be directly connected to how you were brought up, what others said about you, or conclusions you decided about yourself.
My goal is to take my clients through a process of ridding themself of negative thoughts so they can see the positive about themself and others. In doing so, they learn how to accept positive comments from others. In this healing process my clients can eventually accept that others recognize the positive in them and begin to see the positive in themself as well.
