When I say getting emotional help trauma, I mean getting help for the first time with a new Life Coach, Therapist, or Brainspotter, etc. My clients have had thoughts go through their head like:

  • What is this going to look like?
  • Will I be OK?
  • Will I like the person who helps me?
  • Will I be safe?

All of these thoughts are valid thoughts. No one likes to do something new that they haven’t experienced before. I guess my advice is that you are the only one who can make the choice to heal your life. You’re in charge.
