When my clients complete their process of healing, I usually suggest they keep their life simple. Their process probably has been deep and meaningful and they need to live their life differently than they previously lived. When they reach the other side of their negative self-belief, they need to maintain their new belief system. To live differently they need to live their life very intentionally.
It is a matter of having a new way of being. For example, if my client lived in negative cognitive thinking such as self-hatred or maybe self-doubt then their new way of positive cognitive thinking liberates them to choose a better way of living and thinking. It is a delight to watch.
